The staff, particularly one of the men on reception (I don’t recall his name) he was so friendly and kind. My bag didn’t arrive until the day after I did and he was genuinely delighted for me when it arrived :)

Here for 4 nights and we had a wonderful stay! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. A great selection for breakfast each morning. Brilliant location for walking into Aalborg. Lovely clean family room with comfy beds and so quite too. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Den ene morgen kunne jeg ikke få at vide, hvor de blødkogte æg var - der var kun hårdkogte. Lidt tørt rugbrød. Meget, meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Rema lige overfor. Central beliggenhed. Hvorfor kan man ikke få et værelse med en enkelt seng??
