Noisy room.

I was given a room (342) placed at third level, windows facing ventilation system. It was so noisy, even with the windows closed. Like having a truck just outside your door. It was nessesary for me to leave the room, to rest my ears. I informed the hotel, they were sorry. I find that you can’t offer this room without informing people. I have stayed at the hotel before, and had a good time there, so everything else is fine.

Værelset er flot og har en god størrelse, for mig er en af de vigtigste ting, når man vågner og skal ned og spise morgenmad, men det er dog noget af det mest kedelige morgenmad jeg længe har oplevet. Smagsløst, osten var tør, udvalget ringe. Jeg drikker ikke kaffe eller te, så et godt glas juice, men de har slet ikke juice, de har frugtdrik.

Dirty bathroom and shower

Quite old and worn out rooms but at least with a new comfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently, there was hair on the floor in the shower and old dirt around the toilet and on the walls. The shower was terrible with no water pressure and the drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded. The receptionist that checked us in was very new and couldn’t give directions to the room. The receptionist that we spoke to at checkout about the problems in the room seemed not to care. We only stayed one night.

God morgenmad, flinke personaler, varmt på værelset og ingen krog til vinduet, så det kunne stå åbent, en del trafik lige udenfor. Meget rent, så rent at det åbentbart var nødvendigt at pudse vinduer kl 4:25 om morgnen. Temmelig ubehagelig måde at blive vækket på.

Nice hotel, but needs an update

Really nice breakfast. No air conditioning and our room was facing the street, meaning we had to keep the window open and there was a lot of traffic noise from the street keeping us awake during the night
