it was Comfortable
Drove past the entrance. Very poor signage. had to drive down rosd, make a U turn to get on the service road to hotel. very strong cleaning chemical odors in hallway.

This was our second trip to Aberdeen for a Ripken tournament, but first time staying at the Comfort Inn. Every staff member that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. They were willing to accomodate my sons tournament schedule and allowed us to check in early and were willing to let us check out an hour late as well. The pool area was so nice and we enjoyed spending time there after our games. Free breakfast was great before our early games. Less than 5 min drive to the stadium and close to so many food options. We will definitely stay again the next time we play at Ripken!

When I arrived early to check in the young lady at the desk was so kind and accommodating. She said she would have a room ready shortly. I think I waited five minutes and the room was ready to go into. And she was very kind and courteous to me, while I stay here, I found out housekeeping staff, breakfast staff Met in the hallway were very kind and helpful Stay all the much more comforting you are doing a great job! I just love Moe at the front desk. He was so nice , gave out baked cookies he makes for the guests checking in. The employees are courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel smelled nice and was inviting. Had a blast at the pool with my grandkids. Continental breakfast was always good . I enjoyed the area as well! Will definitely stay again on next visit .

I had 10 teenagers in my home (kids brought friends home from college). I decided I wanted a quiet night and booked a room. Checked in about 5pm and from 5pm til 11pm all I heard was kids screaming, people running down the hall. Just madness. I called the front desk and they apologized. I could not rest at all, ended up leaving. Lets not forget to mention that the room smelled musty, the blanket had a yellow stain and overall it was a 0/10 for me. I want my money back, waste of my time.
