Nice hotel, good location, awful shower
Nice hotel, good staff and decent breakfast. Poor quality bed, soft and lumpy. Shower pressure itself was excellent but having a shower curtain in 2024, come on!!! That's a joke and is like being in a 2* Blackpool b and b. For this reason alone we would never stay here again.

Would stay again.
Reception staff are lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Shower was a little tight. Handles on wall a bit space constricting and bath is very slidy. Rubber seal on shower door waa broken so water went all over floor. The bar is good and and comfortable. We struggled to get service at times though, had to go to reception to get them to find the bar person. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

Nice big comfy beds. Bedroom was too bright at night due to hall lights coming through gaps around the door. Powerful shower but no extractor fan in bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

Disappointing!
Our room at the hotel was at the very back of the 3rd floor above a very busy street which was noisy, we were also near to the fire escape , smokers were constantly going down the stairs for a smoke and banging the fire escape door on their way back , our room was perfect but for our mattress, which was far too soft, the buffet breakfast was below average, we have stayed at this hotel a few times and this was our most disappointing visit
