Hampton Inn are always nice. However, the room I stayed in the thermostat did not work so it was either a sauna in the room or a deep freeze.

Never again.
Lady at check in was rude. Every time I walked by she stood there arms cross just glaring at me. I also found out at check in that there is a $50 fee for bringing my dog to this pet friendly hotel. The room is large and looks fine. Couldn’t sleep much as you can hear everyone walking around and someone kept hitting my door throughout the night. Won’t be back.

Asked for a receipt checking out and front desk clerk told us to get our receipt from our booking. We needed an actual printed receipt. She appeared annoyed that we asked she was too busy visiting a coworker.
