Food gor the dog and a pint of p_ _ s

Evening meal wouldnt feed it to my dog had fish and chips dreadfull also had a lager shandy looked like a pint of piss also NCP car multistorey car park 25 plate car not oversized and i found it really hard to exit due to the barriers not user friendly so give this one a miss but the staff were 10 out of 10

Had everything you could want.

Room was good value, clean and comfortable. Location was superb, a few minutes walk to the train station, bus station and Shetland ferry terminal. Breakfast was expensive for what it was

During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking system. Thank you!

Nice Budget Hotel

Nice clean hotel and room. Convenient location. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but would still stay again.
