Nice property throughout - attentive staff always smiling and very polite- no issue ever seemed too much to ask ( I didn’t have any issues )
Breakfast buffet was well filled with plenty of food for the guests to enjoy - enough variety from hot food as well as a selection of pastries and fresh fruit and yogurt too . Fresh juice is also available as well as a coffee station ( coffee machine )
So convenient for railway station, shops and all facilities. Pleasant environment.
Perhaps reading lights by beds could be brighter.

It was very convenient being adjacent to both the train and bus stations, but I found it strange that it was literally connected to a mall (unless that’s what you like). The woman at the front desk was confusing and told me breakfast was included, but then come to find out it wasn’t. I chose it for the convenience for the train and bus stations, but wouldn’t stay there again.
Room felt quite tired and out of date which is fine in Itself however 1 of the bedside lamps was almost hanging off. Shower curtain and shower head filthy and bathroom in general was not very clean. One of the cups for coffee was filthy. Also shower gel was empty however this did get filled for us.
This Leonardo hotel in Union Square is in a great location for transport / food / shopping, however it is in need of modernisation of bedrooms with tired furniture & small TV. Our bathroom had had a tough life with cracked sink & cistern detached from the wall. That said cleanliness was very good.
Breakfast is good value, but they did run out of pastries one morning, Orange juice was fairly watered down.
Staff were all excellent, polite and efficient keeping suitcases after check out.

Lovely reception area and bar/restaurant. Staff were polite and knowledgable. Room and bathroom was clean with good amenities but could use a refresh though as it was a bit shabby with some peeling paper and scrapes etc on the walls. Perfect location in the heart of the city and felt very safe. Would stay again as price reflects comments above but would pay more if rooms were updated and refreshed.
Central location and great accommodation and staff
Stayed here for work trip few years ago. Very clean and comfortable. Ironing board and iron in room. Access to guest portal with info on facilities and menus etc. This trip was personal and hotel so handy for bus, train, shopping and eating. Staff always so friendly and courteous...from Reception to Housekeeping. Some things starting to wear but minor and nothing that would spoil enjoyment.

Great location, friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms / bathrooms are just looking tired, if you stay get the executive rooms.
