This property was very clean. Handicap parking was very close! A miscommunication about shower was addressed by manager to my satisfaction. To help others, there is only one handicap room with a roll in shower and king bed. Others have a bathtub. Most regular rooms have a step in shower but not all so you must request in comments. We had one housekeeping request about something in our room. The manager resolved it in 45 minutes. Impressive! This is the 4th hotel I have stayed at in Aberdeen because we have family in the area and in my opinion it was the best! I will be back.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. There is great water pressure in the showers. There are lots of shopping and food nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Snowbirds headed south

Great place to stay. Clean, modern. Nice restaurant across the street that was recommended by front desk. Breakfast a disappointment. Sparce selection of choices. Would definitely stay here again.
