The lobby looked like it was recently redone. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a real nice size and the furniture was nice and cozy, but there were a couple notable things. 1. The floor was wet by the ac, I let the staff know 2. There was a weird smell - maybe connected to the wet floor? It bothered my asthma a little bit. Otherwise, they offered a nice breakfast and the staff were all very nice and helpful. I’d go again. Also, the location was in walking distance of many stores and restaurants.

The receptionist was very friendly when we checked in. The room was overall nice, the slight downgrade in rating was due to some green spots on the back of the bathroom door (room 313) that may have been mold.

Had to be moved due to noisy family rooms on 2nd floor. Carpets throughout property are dirty and stained. Air conditioner unit falling off wall and unsafe. Dead insects in windowsills and property is very tired and in need of refit. Very expensive for a bucket and spade hotel not very near to a dirty beach that cars drive on.

The location was great, rooms were adequate. Sink was detaching from countertop, bathroom was small and dated, pool water was foggy and room was very loud. The elevator had a strong unpleasant smell. The entry and breakfast area were very bright and clean. All of Ocean Shores could use some investors and city planning, it feels run down and behind the times. the restaurants are expensive for the quality of food you get.

The Swift retreat!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay it was our first time staying here. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. This hotel is very close to the beach and gift shops we will defiantly be staying again soon.
