I can’t begin to tell how dissatisfied I am with the process and service at check in with the Aberdeen Marriott. I have been a gold member or higher for over 30 years and never experienced such a difficult process and lack of customer service. The desk person barely spoke English and when we arrived would not let us unload our significant luggage in their garage so we got soak and wet during the process. No apology no regrets from anyone on staff.
I reserved two rooms. Which included four guest and they suffered due to the lack of concern from the staff
I would appreciate some type of apology accordingly.
