You can’t expect the four seasons staying here. Sketchy people , thieves ,nice staff , roaches above the head board. It can’t get any better feels like I was living the dream.

there was NOTHING TO LIKE. I believe the health dept. would shut them down In CT. They sure would. Water on the bathroom floor. The floor was spongy water must have been coming up from underneath. Rugs filthy. I went in and went right back to the desk and told the young man I could not stay there. SO SO many things wrong with the place. There are so many hotels in the area and this one should be knocked down. Needs a CLEANING!!!! PLUS..

The property was basic and quiet. The outside of the property could use upgrades and cleaning up. The hallway leading to the room and the room itself need to be either finished or remodeled. Hard to tell if in progress or completed. The room was basic which is what I expected just needs freshening and taking care of maintenance needs (paint, refinishing, etc). For the price range and area, reasonable enough but could use somee upgrades/refinishing.

I did not realized that people live there permanently. The room smelled and felt moldy. Breakfast was poor, the coffee is a litle tan color and there wasn't enough milk for cereal.it felt like a low grade motel.

The room we stayed at was dirty, the mattress was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. You could here noise so easily through the walls. Our door to the outside was damaged and had a hard time closing. Wouldnt stay there again.

Odd condition

The person at the front desk was great. When I first arrived, he was dealing with the situation where a person had two rooms and one of the rooms didn't have a working shower. But he handled it gracefully and apologized for any wait. In my room, the knob for the faucet for the shower was coming off the wall. Every towel had stains on it. One of the beds looked like it had been slept on, also with stains on the sheets and blankets. I fixed the curtain rod that was coming off of the wall and reattached some of the curtain. The curtain also had a weird stain on it. It looked like the toilet paper had been thrown in the toilet and dried. Having two remotes for the TV was odd, one of them turned it on and controlled the volume, the other did the rest.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I first arrived, they assigned me a room that I had already reserved, but when I went inside, someone else was already there! The door was locked, and when the person inside opened it, we were both confused. The hotel staff apologized, saying it was a system error, but this is completely unacceptable. Then, they gave me another room, but the entire corridor felt like a sauna. The air was heavy, the smell was unpleasant, and the color scheme of the hallway, doors, and walls was awful. When I got inside the room, the airflow fan was either not working or, in my case, so old and noisy that it was unbearable. Turning it on felt like setting off an alarm, so I had to switch it off, making the air inside even more suffocating. Overall, I was very uncomfortable during my stay. For the price they charge, the service and conditions should be much better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.

ROACHES GALORE!!

ROACHES!!!!! AND CURTAINS BROKEN DOWN OFF WINDOWS IN 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS, WINDOWS DILAPIDATED, ROOM DOORS ARE 'PLANED' AND ALWAYS SLAMMING, HOTEL VENDING MACHINES AND LAUNDRY MACHINES STEAL YOUR MONEY AND ARE INOPERABLE

Positive- Cheap. Negatives heater is loud, doesn’t give much heat ran all night never got to 73, hallway smells like pot, and the hot water isn’t very warm. Floors extremely dated could use an upgrade, a lot of activity with conversations in halls and outside the windows.
