Regular stays here. Clean and comfortable room. No frills but good value for money. TV remote always broken irrespective of what room you get.

The staff were very polite and very helpful could do enough for us. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the allergies menu was on the website. As I don’t bring my mobile out with me it took sometime to get the menu up. I don’t know why there isn’t a card with allergy's menu like the standard one.

Worth every penny
Value for money. Room comfortable and clean. Next door to the Starling Cloud, Marston's, and evening meals and breakfast choices were very good, food tasty and enjoyable and good value. Staff, including Manager, could not do enough to make our stay worth every penny. Definitely will be back.

TV remote had power but would not work with the TV. Internet yielded a privacy error for all sites, on laptop and phone. Breakfast dreadful: only instant coffee, juice tasted like weak cordial, poached eggs hard and avocado pureed and tasteless, not smashed.
