I enjoy how clean and nice the place look. The staff were nice and friendly as I asked them about check in/out. I would recommend this place to anyone, with the downside being the elevator had a body odor smell to it.

Check-in was easy and personnel were all very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was not very good. A couple of bites is all we could eat. Coffee was good. Need to put more $$ into the breakfast (scrambled eggs must have been out of a box?; try some link sausages that taste like sausage.). The Taylor County Taphouse for dinner was excellent!

After an all day outdoor event, we went to the hotel. With confirmation and itinerary ID just to be told there was no record of our booking . Because the hotel was fully booked they would be able to accommodate us. There was definitely a breakdown in service whether it was 3rd party or in house we were left without a room for the night. I will be hesitant to use either service for future travel plans

No staff support, they weren't even present. Waited over half an hour to check in and to check out and then no one to attend the phone there was no one. They charged be an extra $25 on top of all other fees they had. But those they didn't want to refund it telling me that it was a part of their fees. Not right.

Bloody pillow

The beds were fine and the staff at the front desk was nice and friendly. However, the cleanliness was lacking. There was a dirty sock beside one of the beds. There was nail polish on the closet door. Paint was peeling in several places. The worst part was that one of the pillows had something orange all over it. It actually looked like blood. So we started looking at all the linens, and one of the comforters had a red stain on it. We called the front desk, and she replaced everything, but it still just felt gross to know that the cleaning staff was that negligent.
