The staff was very friendly, however, the place smelled like sewage our room was really damp and in repair. Our sheets were even damp. The telephone was broken, they said they had a pool but was not accessible. There was one entrance and exit only for safety reasons so that was concerning and none of this was mentioned. Also our bathroom was in repair so we got a bar of soap and that was it and there were holes in the tub. It just felt a little gross the whole time.

Excellent hotel room, very spacious and comfortable with new appliances. Lobby is very nice with excellent breakfast and a little shop where you can buy snacks. Staff very nice and helpful. Only thing is it is several miles off I-10, so getting to and from can take a little while. But the place was so nice I would say it’s worth the extra drive time to get there.

Not as advertised but adequate

Laundry, patio, pool, and gym were all closed with no opening date posted. My unit had a broken window on the ground floor. Renovations were tasteful and the kitchen was in working order. Kitchen had NO utensils, plates, pots/pans, etc. If you are looking for a basic hotel and are not going to use the amenities, this is a good location with great staff.

comfortable beds. AC had a water leak on carpet. Breakfast had small OJ and apple juice box containers. Coffee extremely hot. Good flavor. Good price overall. Value ok.

Horrible and Dirty

Coming into the room the toilet was dirty with toilet paper inside and I couldn’t flush it because it was clogged! The room was muggy and felt dirty! There’s no ventilation in bathroom and tub was scuffed up! The floors squeezed and I could hear noise all around! I had chosen this hotel because of the eating and pics online!! Next time I will do more research!! So disappointing especially how much I paid - don’t go people I’m saving you a headache - not to mention when I called the office about toilet - staff had to call the manager due to he couldn’t find the plunger!!! Smh

Hi, room on 2nd floor. Elevator dysfunctional, old smoke detector wires hanging from ceiling without cap cover, entry door very very difficult to close, & telephone in room did not work. One of bed covers with white “stain”. All Front Desk Reps were friendly.
