The staff was great and the hotel was clean. My only dissatisfaction was the tv had no signal and door malfunctioned when opening/closing. Your property resched out via text to inquired if we had issues. I submitted my feedback for someone to rectify it. I never received a reply not assistance. I did reported this to the front desk and a work order ticket was submitted. I do hope it gets rectified.

I have made a reservation for this property via Expedia that I needed to move one night up. Mid week, hotel half empty. The hotel front desk refused to accommodate my travel date change both in person as well as through Expedia customer service desk and is trying to keep the money that I paid for both nights. This hotel is happy to take your money for service they did not provide, despite the fact that we actually did stay with them. They are in business to provide travel service with no regard for unforced travel plan changes and do not value you. Stay away & choose a property that understands the word hospitality.

Please fix the elevator and the toilet in our room. We had to take trips up and down the stairs and tried to fix the toilet ourself. Also, the price for a weekday stay was more than other cities.

The hotel advertised a pool and fitness center, but a lot of the hotel is in construction. The room was nice, no coffee makers in the rooms the entry door to the room needed adjusting, hard to open and close. Breakfast was out fruit and no breakfast sausage or bacon??? Pricing is okay with no pool or fitness center.

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay there due to a “ plumbing issue“. We were notified. By Expedia two hours after the issue had occurred knowing that I had just spoken to someone not long before that to confirm our reservation they did not seem to want to help.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice decor. Wish breakfast was extended later (ended 9 pm). Tub was slippery but can get a non slip mat from front desk. Overall very nice hotel and can walk to couple restaurants.
