The property wasn’t the best. A lot of the things in the room not work. Toilets do not flush properly anywhere in the building. Staff was nice. Overall, wasn’t the most pleasant experience due to the condition of the property.

We were just there for a night to watch grandchildren's activities. This is an older property, but it's recent remodeling was very well done! While conveniently located near the traffic loop, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Beds were comfortable and our stay was good, with the exception of breakfast. The breakfast offerings were VERY minimal and there was no breakfast tea, so my husband had to go foraging for something that we could eat and drink.

The staff was extremely kind. However, the room was sub-par. The room was overly humid due to poor ventilation which made the bedding and everything inside the room feel very damp. We also found some clover mites in the beds. Though the lobby area looks updated and modern, the rooms themselves could also benefit from being updated. Cracks in the bathroom tiles, rusted areas on the tub, stains on the carpet. Overall, it was a safe place to stay, but will not likely stay here again.

The room was updated, but the toilet didn't work very well and there was some water damage around the tub area. WIFI was down the entire weekend during our stay, and the breakfast was mediocre at best (no pancakes or waffle maker). No coffee maker in the room. The exercise room was getting renovated so we couldn't use it.

My shower did not work upon arriving, but was repaired. I also did have ants in my room. The other thing I would like to mention is that the smoke alarm went off for the whole hotel over a piece of burnt toast. This was very inconvenient for me as I am elderly. Maybe the toaster should be moved to a different location?

The room was very nice, however, it needed some attention. The door jamb from the hallway to the bathroom was missing half of the floor jam. The bathroom door was screwed together because somebody had broken into it while somebody was in there. And the security device to keep the door to the room shut and protect the occupants was broken off. For an individual traveling by themselves I cannot imagine them feeling very safe in this room. Overall everything was absolutely beautiful, but I feel that attention to details needed especially in our room, 318, to make this stay an incredible one.

The hotel was fairly clean, no complaints there. But a lot of facilities were not working while we were there (no WiFi, laundry, or ice, and some of the breakfast appliances did not work). Overall would probably stay elsewhere next time.
