Spacious comfortable room

I received a friendly greeting at check in. I liked the spaciousness of the room. The refrigerator and microwave were nearly tucked in a cabinet. I enjoyed the bathtub/shower combination. The air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good.

This property is clean and you can see their efforts to keep it clean. Front desk needs help! When we arrived no one was at the front desk and only a bell to call I did and still waited 12 minutes before the clerk showed up, she was busy cleaning a air conditioner filter, I know sometimes we have to do other things but front desk is so important! I had a situation and waited 15 mnts until the manager came. I think they an improve on this because first impressions are very important

This facility is one of the dirtiest we have ever stayed in. Every window was smeared with prints and filth. The room was better but still dirty. We felt ripped off by staying here. We were charged over $170.00 for the night. Expedia be ware of this property. It is old, dirty and needs renovation badly,

Uncomfortable Comfort Inn

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, the AC was cool enough but did not cool down to the temperature selected. The bathroom floor didn’t looked cleaned with dirty grout, the bathtub drain didn’t work well so you were standing in water when showering and the tile around the tub area was moldy. The free breakfast was below average, powdered eggs, sausage and a few breads. The coffee was terrible. We only stayed here because nothing else was available due to college graduations. We were traveling to Texas from New Mexico so we had to stop. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The only problem I noticed was the door. The cards to open the door of the room do not properly, it took me several minutes to open it. Other than that no complains.
