Valet is Pointless
Hopefully you aren't bringing a lot of luggage. Two gentleman at the valet stand during arrival and departure. They do not open or close doors, did not get luggage, offer to help with the luggage and had to ask for a valet cart. They told me they were not available. Charge $25 to park your car in an open lot directly across the street. Staff was not friendly or overly professional- but facility was clean and felt "safe". Need to polish up the customer service.

We had read some negative comments that we found to be untrue. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and in excellent condition. Most of the hotels we've stayed in have had really lousy pillows, this was not the case here. The only thing we didn't like was lack of parking and the $20.00 charge for self parking and $25.00 for Valet parking

Hotel engaged in some price gauging for parent weekend. Normally less expensive. Parking situation isn’t ideal. Restaurant downstairs was not good! This should be a 300-350$ per night maximum type of hotel.
