Top sheet put on top of outside blanket instead of over mattress sheet. How can you know the blanket is clean? Also, q-tip on the floor, cockroaches everywhere, nothing for breakfast and completely unattended. Totally disappointed. I thought I was getting a decent room for $100 plus.

Absolute horrible stay. First room the tv didnt work. Rooms are very dirty. 2nd room the phone didnt work. No trash cans in the room. Killed a roach in my room. Would never stay here again.

It was obviously being remodeled. Our bathroom door was dismounted! Attendant offered to change our room but the alternate was not clean, so we decided to stay in the original room which was clean. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was littered with trash on the sides. May have been due to the remodeling going on. Breakfast buffet was sparse.

The staff was very friendly, however the breakfast really lacks in choices! No sugar for coffee only slenda, bread almost gone and not refilled, they only offer oatmeal bread No Butter and no sugar or creamer for coffee

They had broken switches, the tv didn’t work properly, they never cleaned the room when you leave, the ceiling tiles had hose in over where you can see above the ceiling, not a good environment

The Continental Breakfast was non existant. There were only 2 pieces of bread in the package. There was cereal but no milk. That was the extent of the food. There was nobody at the desk when I was trying to get breakfast. Very disappointing. Aside from that, the ficility looked very nice.

Gross! I have booked with hotel.com before and I have NEVER been disappointed. This time was just terrible. Bed bugs. People complaining about room non stop. I will never stay at place again.

We had reservations for Friday & Saturday night- 3 rooms reserved. > As we walk into the lobby there are 6 other people at the desk. All were cancelling their reservations because of the state of their rooms. Two ladies stopped me and said that their room was filthy and that we should look at ours before we checked in. The attendant let us look and it was a definite NO. The floors were full of debris- bathroom was unbelievably dirty with trash in the floors, the bathtub had not been cleaned at all and sheets were dirty with hair in the bed. How could anyone in good conscience put someone in those rooms? They also had all been smoked in. There were mattresses lined up against the walls in the hallway, with tvs setting in the floor and boxes everywhere. This has got to be a health violation. I will be contacting the health department and Abilene Chamber of Commerce and anyone that has something to do with hotels/ motels in Abilene. This is horrible and needs immediate attention.

It was an...experience

Oh my. Stayed here almost 2 weeks. Cheapest place i could find, so thats a positive. The main guy at the front desk was real nice and helpful. Shower was always hot on the second floor. Bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable. The bad parts. I never saw a live water bug, but there was plenty of dead ones scattered around(never in my room). When i would come back from work, half the time my key would not work and would have to be fixed at the front desk. The first room they gave me had someone elses bags in there. The second week i was there, some employee opened my door in the middle of the night. He said he didnt know someone was in there. If you're on the 3rd floor, start your shower several minutes ahead of time. That water takes a long time to heat up, if at all. Both rooms i was in didn't have working tvs. The gym was out of order because they lost the key. No laundry room on the premises. I never checked for ice. One room had a mini fridge, the other had a desk. So hey, i lived. No one messed with my car. The wifi works fine. Sometimes you have to turn your wifi off and back on to reset the password.

If you’re thinking of booking a room with this hotel, I strongly advise keep looking. parking lot has low lighting,&dirty.Room smell like dirty socks,no hot water,toilet barely flushed,tv not working.Seems people remodeling hotel are actually living there.Felt very unsafe. Break. coffee no cream or sugar, cereal no milk or bowls&loaf. Trash cans were overflowing in main area. Hotel should not be allowed to rent rooms until improvements are completed.
