Gross! I have booked with hotel.com before and I have NEVER been disappointed. This time was just terrible. Bed bugs. People complaining about room non stop. I will never stay at place again.

We had reservations for Friday & Saturday night- 3 rooms reserved. > As we walk into the lobby there are 6 other people at the desk. All were cancelling their reservations because of the state of their rooms. Two ladies stopped me and said that their room was filthy and that we should look at ours before we checked in. The attendant let us look and it was a definite NO. The floors were full of debris- bathroom was unbelievably dirty with trash in the floors, the bathtub had not been cleaned at all and sheets were dirty with hair in the bed. How could anyone in good conscience put someone in those rooms? They also had all been smoked in. There were mattresses lined up against the walls in the hallway, with tvs setting in the floor and boxes everywhere. This has got to be a health violation. I will be contacting the health department and Abilene Chamber of Commerce and anyone that has something to do with hotels/ motels in Abilene. This is horrible and needs immediate attention.

It was an...experience

Oh my. Stayed here almost 2 weeks. Cheapest place i could find, so thats a positive. The main guy at the front desk was real nice and helpful. Shower was always hot on the second floor. Bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable. The bad parts. I never saw a live water bug, but there was plenty of dead ones scattered around(never in my room). When i would come back from work, half the time my key would not work and would have to be fixed at the front desk. The first room they gave me had someone elses bags in there. The second week i was there, some employee opened my door in the middle of the night. He said he didnt know someone was in there. If you're on the 3rd floor, start your shower several minutes ahead of time. That water takes a long time to heat up, if at all. Both rooms i was in didn't have working tvs. The gym was out of order because they lost the key. No laundry room on the premises. I never checked for ice. One room had a mini fridge, the other had a desk. So hey, i lived. No one messed with my car. The wifi works fine. Sometimes you have to turn your wifi off and back on to reset the password.

If you’re thinking of booking a room with this hotel, I strongly advise keep looking. parking lot has low lighting,&dirty.Room smell like dirty socks,no hot water,toilet barely flushed,tv not working.Seems people remodeling hotel are actually living there.Felt very unsafe. Break. coffee no cream or sugar, cereal no milk or bowls&loaf. Trash cans were overflowing in main area. Hotel should not be allowed to rent rooms until improvements are completed.

A DISASTER!!!!!!

The room we were assigned was not cleaned AT ALL when we opened the door. We were placed in another room, no working TV, no remote, microwave did not reach a plugin, no coffee, no water cups, no iron, no blow drier, no hangers, clock radio broken in nightstand drawer, 2 pillows had no pillowcases on them, breakfast was a JOKE! No coffee, cereal all over the counter, no hot water for the oatmeal, the microwave was FILTHY! There was a toaster, butter and jelly, but no bread, no muffins, no bagels. The next morning when I reported all of these things to the gal at the desk she replied, "I am just an employee, I can't do anything about it." I was SHOCKED when she said this.

They never received my reservation, the people were rude and I could not get a hold Expedia to ask for a refund ended up staying at another motel. I do expect a refund from you and I would like to know why thet never recieved my reservation. This is not the first time this has happened to me and my wife, I am ready to file a complaint with the BBB and Texas Attorney General of Texas.

I checked in and realized i had no towels, washclothes or trashcan. I went to front desk and let them i needed a towel, washclothes and trashcan. I was there for a softball tournament and asked if they could put in my room while I was gone. When i returned around 10 p.m. I still didnot have towels. I did not ask again I just used my own that i carry.

GOT BOOTED

I arrived to see my daughter run in Regional Track meet. I went to check in the man at the desk ask my name, typed and then said you booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) so you were booted as we are over booked. I told him I had a reservation for over a week, he informed me I was out and rudely went to the phone. I then slept in the truck as there were no other rooms available. Avoid this hotel if at all possible. IT is not easy to get to as well.

Welcome to the Twilight Zone (But Somehow Worse) If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to stay in a hotel that doubles as a live-action episode of Cops, look no further. From the moment we pulled in, we were greeted with the sweet aroma of weed and the comforting sight of a potential pimp managing what appeared to be his business associates right out front. Five stars for entrepreneurship, zero stars for literally everything else. The front desk had a sign that said you have to pay each day upfront, which gave off major “we’re not making it through the night” vibes. The staff looked as confused about checking us in as we were about staying there. I don’t want to assume anyone’s life choices, but let’s just say the hiring process here does not involve background checks or sobriety. At checkout (or our great escape), the front desk was a ghost town. We called the number listed and got absolutely nothing. One of the cleaning ladies casually told us the person working the desk was “probably sleeping.” It was 8 AM. Must’ve been a wild night of paperwork and meth. If you’re into fear, sketchy vibes, and an immersive crime-drama experience, this is the spot for you. If you enjoy being alive and not robbed, maybe try literally anywhere else — like a park bench, or the floor of a 24-hour Walmart. Both safer and better maintained.

The first room they sent me to was absolutely not cleaned after the last occupant. The next room was in bad shape. No towels, no cups, no soap. Bath door would not open, door mirror broke and missing, one bed had a bed spread and one bed did not. The curtains were not big enough to cover the window. I was going to say that the TV was the only thing that worked, but the next morning the TV did no even work. The whole motel was in very poor shape. So sad as I must have been a fabulous place many years ago when it was built. See the pic of the bathroom with the womens under ware left on the shower bar. Fan hanging, light hanging. WOW

The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and several of the lights were not working. The fan/light in the bath room was hanging by the electrical wires.
