I was terribly disappointed in this property considering it is affiliated with Wyndham. The floor was very dirty, including water running out from under a wall. Bathroom door was loose and did not close without aid. Beds appeared ruffled as if they had not been changed, although the sheets did appear clean. The parking lot was littered with trash. Sad experience for over $100

This place was like something from a horror movie. The room wasn’t cleaned after the previous people. The sink, tub and toilet were disgusting. There was food trash left inside and outside of the room. Bugs on the bed and floor. Drugged out people knocked on the car door when we got there and there were lots of drunk/high people out wondering around the property at 1 am. We didn’t stay. We got a refund and found another place to stay.

Absolutely disgusting! I didn’t expect a mansion for the price I paid however for $130/nt I expected a clean room with clean sheets. You cannot call to the front desk because it rings for five minutes before it disconnects you. When you ask for a clean sheets, even showing the photos you took of the disgusting stained and/or dirty sheets, and blankets that were on your bed you are scoffed at and made out to be a problem from the front desk attendant. The shower is horrid! I’ve got the air conditioner turned down to 58 and it is still sweltering in this room, not to mention the contact high you get from walking to the ice machine… I would absolutely never stay here again, and I know than what I know now! I wish there was a way I could show these photos…

Worst hotel ever, UNSAFE

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Sketchy men hanging all around the hotel parking lot, lobby and in hallways. Loitering all over the place. ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE HOTEL. We could not stay even after checking in. We left. Do NOT waste time booking this trash heap.

I didn’t stay. Never even went to the room. The lobby looked “shady” and when drove around to locate my room it made me feel very unsafe. So I immediately told the guy I wasn’t going g to stay there.

The property is in poor repair. The television didn't work and was hanging from the wall. Wall lamps didn't work and/or didn't have bulbs in them. The breakfast was poorly supplied. Someone from a corporate office should do a surprise inspection to determine how poorly run the hotel is. I would not visit or stay in another Wyndham property.

The first day the pool was open, the next it was closed and it wasn’t just closed that day it was gonna be closed for a week we made sure it would be open before booking very disappointed in that and the pillows are to small and not comfortable and tv didn’t have anything good like Netflix

I have them a chance, but this was the worst

I showed up an hour after check-in expecting to be able to get my room which I had reserved at least 24 hours in advance. After arriving the room that I was supposed to be in at first would not open because the card reader was not on for some reason. The second rim that they offered me also had a malfunction with the card reader and the lock would not disengage so once the door had been opened, it would not close. The next time that they try to appease me by giving me another room, the room was still dirty. The other people that were in the rooms were very loud and noisy. There were things that were missing such as a smoke detector or even the center plate of the microwave The floor was so dirty my feet turned black Nothing had been wiped down There was even mold in the vents and on the hairdryer And a whole bunch of debris inside of the drains This is definitely one of them hotels where you get much less than what you paid for All in all is just a stressful experience and tedious and having to go back back-and-forth to the receptionist counter over and over again got very exhausting At two in the morning, I had left for a moment and when I came back, my key card didn’t work again so I had to go and wait for the receptionist yet again All in all, I’m disappointed, and will not be returning
