Terrible experience. Trash everywhere, blatant drug use on-site, loud music at night, and a filthy room (pubic hair on bathroom walls, stained pillows, broken light switches). The manager never returned my calls or emails, and corporate kept me on the phone 45 minutes only to tell me to "try the manager again." I asked for a full refund since I didn't stay the night, was offered only 50% back, and then still got charged the full amount a week later. Still dealing with this. Dishonest and unacceptable - avoid this hotel.

Tactor Trailer Trucks was part everywhere, potholes everywhere, lighting to ge to property was none, no signs, dangerous entrance due to trucks

I expected a nicer facility since it is a Wyndham property. It is a motel with exterior doors into each room. We had to carry suitcases up outside metal stairs, not ideal for 65+ travellers. The linens had a sweaty smell. The water barely got warm. The staff were very nice and responded immediately when I called because the hair dryer didn’t work and brought a new one. We were travelling and were there less than 12 hours, but be aware what you are booking.

The door did not fit correctly in the frame, and the lock was very loose. The bed looked pre-used and dirty. The toilet did not flush correctly. The room looked and smelled dirty. Men were drinking alcohol on the stairs. We had to maneuver around them to get to the room. We stayed for @ 10 minutes and then left. We may have lost our pre-payment but we did not feel safe or comfortable in this location.

Checked in got to my room 211 (right by the pool). The sheets had stains on them. The fridge is falling over its not balanced. The bath tub is peeling. After observing all that at around 7:30pm loud music started playing. Went to bed around 9:20 and music still loud. I called the front desk at 9:31p. and rang out. I called again at 9:35pm and same thing. 15 min later they called back i told them about the music but nothi g changed. Worst experience i had which i shouldve expected after only paying $95 for the night.

Bad experience

Room was full of crickets (25). Room had not been cleaned. Sink in the bathroom did not have sufficient flow. Room was old and needed renovation. Very noisey all night. Just a bad experience overall.
