Arrived and room wasn’t very clean, didn’t have any soap to wash with, had to go buy some. The ac wasn’t working they had a box fan in there room was extra hot, tried to move rooms was told no more rooms available the parking lot was empty when I got there.

Wow! Floor so dirty it turned my feet black! Shower had dirt and hair in it. If I’d have noticed that to start with, I probably would’ve changed rooms. I certainly worry the toilet was probably not clean. And though there were 2 beds, only 1 bath towel. I waited till our next stop to take a shower. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

For one thing orbitz had the room for $53 Total and it charged my credit card $61. I get to my room and the heater did not work, i called the Front desk and they said oh didn't they tell you,,, NO THEY DID NOT. so they said they would get me another room, and that they would not charge me for it, what a joke ,i should hope not. They gave me another room i went to it and opened the door and It was already occupied.. now I being a woman alone that just scared me to no end. 10:30 at night.so i go back to the office for the second time they gave me another room and I went to take a shower and it was as dirty as the first room, good thing i had my own cleaning Supplies , next morning I go to leave and the front desk said oh I heard about all the trouble you had let me give you a donut for all that trouble, hahaha
