We travelled as a family of four (with two littles) in August 2026, and stayed 3 nights at the House on Pink Street and all I can say is I wish we stayed longer. As a partner hotel to Corpo Santo Historical Hotel just down the street, I can’t say enough good things about either of these establishments. Communication leading up to and during our stay was top rate, responsive, and thoughtful. We stayed in the large top floor suite which exceeded our expectations and the photos. It was clean, large, well laid out, and anything that wasn’t immediately available (our steamer wasn’t working) was quickly and readily supplied. The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and was quick to provide suggestions, daily treats, and thoughtful care. As others have pointed out- a special shout out to Joana at reception who could not have been a better host. 5/5, top marks all around. Perfect for travelling as a family!

Excellent location we love the area and the neighborhood. The apparement is spacious.

The Good: The location of this hotel is very centric. You can walk to all tourist attractions, there are plenty of restaurants close by, the train station is just meters away. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. The Bad: The rooms are really small. There is some noise during the night, so if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. There are basically no amenities (gym, pool, restaurant, etc)

Air conditioning was excellent and even though the apartment is on a busy street we heard no street noise at all. We loved that the apartment was serviced and was cleaned everyday. A great apartment for a family of five.

Everything was great. Would stay again anytime.

I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.
