Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They didn’t turn on the AC till around 9pm, so I spent the entire day sweaty and hot. I had to check out at 10pm cause I saw a huge rat in my bathroom. Half of my room was flooded with water possibly from the fridge. It was so nasty. I couldn’t even contact reception and housekeeping didn’t pick up. I had to call the kitchen and they wouldn’t help. It was just so terrible. And I paid 25k for that.
