Loved our stay here. Lush staycation vibe. There just seemed to be a lot of people randomly hanging out on the street outside the property; was a little disconcerting. Breakfast offered was good but juice was already off when it was delivered to us and communication around breakfast delivery could have been better. Would stay here again.

I did enjoy my stay here. The place is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. My first night I slept like a baby. Did I mention the restaurant. The food is so good. I like the fact that the restaurant is located right there. My favorite on the menu was their smoothies. I kept going back for more lol. I’m definitely coming back here when next I’m in Accra.

We were transferred to another property on arrival for some reason. They weren’t clear about why. The property we ended up at was spacious and the staff there were very polite and helpful. It was unfortunate the AC broke down and they had to be in our unit fixing for a lot of our stay. Also hallway lighting was an issue. The swimming pool was lovely but not vacuumed regularly. The grounds were beautiful and well tended. My only real complaint is difficulty with the‘courtesy’ shuttle to the airport. I was told they eventually did show up after we secured another ride 25 minutes after the pick up time.

Please read all! First let me say, the property is beautiful and the rooms are exactly what’s shown. To the bad!!! When my family and I arrived, we arrived at the property early to pay for our rooms. Unable to do so because the card reader the ppl had did not work. They kept blaming it on our cards which we tried 4 different cards. They gave two different options to pay once the cards failed. The options were there Momo or cash. We opted for there Ghanaian cash. Be aware that they host lies. My family and I was due change since we paid cash. Everyday the host Patricia seen us, she would say I promise I will bring you your money. 8 days later and time to check out still no monkey. We called numerous times and never got our change. Then when booking, they say free airport shuttle. That’s a lie. You’re told it’s a small fee for the airport. Furthermore, there’s a cafe on the property. The food is really good when the items are available. The menu was limited every day because they were out of a lot. Including the drinks. I rated the property the way I did because the property was nice and clean. It was everything else that was disappointing.

They stole our money and switched our reservation
The property is amazing but the booking agents are horrible. They present the property as luxury condos at the gardens but the property address and name is for Embassy Gardens. These agents own and rent a few condos in Embassy Gardens, it’s not their hotel.They don’t own the property. They moved us around initially when we got there. They did not give me what I booked. I had 3 elderly people with me and therefore booked a space we could all stay in. They divided us up into studios. Unacceptable and disrespectful. They told us our cards didn’t work on their machines ( though they worked everywhere else in Ghana) and that we needed to pay cash. We paid cash, we were owed change which they never gave us after 7 days of us reminding them. It’s sad to say I will never stay at this beautiful property again because of poor customer service.
