Beautiful boutique hotel in Ann excellent location

Housekeeping people treating me very bad when I ask him to clean the room On the next day she told me that why if i just got there and didn’t get enough towels. I had to go all the way down to go ask for towels and the reception said thats they don’t have towels . I have to wait for somebody for housekeeping to bring them to me and they told me that didn’t know how long it will take for them to bring it to me. Very unhappy the way they treated me with my kids will not be going back to this hotel

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

I would stay here again. Rooms are great for the price and the food court is good as well. Pool was also nice! Great budget friendly option. Would recommend and upgraded room.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The restaurant staff was amazing. The hotel was run-down, and the check-in staff not the greatest.

I would like to share my experience during check-in. Unfortunately, the front desk employee, Mariah was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and completely overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable stay. Due to the way we were treated, we requested to speak with a supervisor. Unfortunately, the supervisor “Erick” was not helpful either. I explained that I was uncomfortable continuing to work with Maria and politely asked if he could complete our check-in instead. Rather than assisting us, he informed us that he was leaving for his break and could not finish the transaction. He told us we would need to get back in line and wait to be called again. The line was very long, and after already experiencing poor customer service, being asked to start the process over was frustrating and unacceptable. We expected management to help resolve the situation, but instead, we felt dismissed. This experience left us extremely disappointed. Because of the poor customer service we received from both Maria and the supervisor Erick, our stay began on a very negative note, and we do not plan to return to the Flamingo Hotel. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience.
