Basic accommodation was expected, but unreliable Wi-Fi was not I booked knowing it was budget accommodation, so I was perfectly happy with a no-frills place to sleep. However, one thing I was relying on was the advertised Wi-Fi, as I was travelling internationally and needed internet access. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay. I want to give credit to the gentleman who came twice to try to fix it. He genuinely made an effort, and I appreciated his help. Although the Wi-Fi worked briefly after his attempts, it stopped working again. I contacted Expedia requesting a refund so I could find somewhere with reliable internet, but the property told Expedia the Wi-Fi was working, and I was unable to get a refund. I stayed because I had already paid and didn't want to pay for another accommodation. The room was also chilly, with only a sheet on the bed for cover, which made the night uncomfortable. I can overlook a lot when booking budget accommodation. I don't expect luxury, but I do expect advertised amenities to work and basic comforts to be provided. The most disappointing part wasn't that something went wrong. It was that I was left without a satisfactory solution when it did.

Continental breakfast ,just very basics. No bacon, beans ,sausage or something like this. Its in very good place. My room were in groundfloor . This time l use Klarna instead of full payment. Staff ok

Great hotel close to many of Dublin’s attractions. Unfortunately we were given an accessible room which was not ideal with an 18 month old because the bathroom floor got wet when we showered and it was not the safest for her. Otherwise the room was clean and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The coffee cart came in handy for breakfast and a quick lunch.

Our room was very clean, the gym was amazing & the pub sidekick was phenomenal!

Belle salle de bains, endroit central. Employés grntils et professionnels. Manque eclairage pour lecture et oreilliers pourraient être plus confortable.
