Hotel is overall very good and has great facilities and location. Staff are mainly very good. Bathrooms and Door locking entry needs attention. I had real issues getting in and out of the room. Also FIXED safety boxes need to be fitted. All that said its my favourite hotel!!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and everything was amazing. However, the on-site bar gets quite loud, and once it closes, the nearby nightclub kicks off, which makes it difficult to get a quiet, early night’s rest. If you're looking for peace and relaxation in the evenings, this might not be ideal. Other than that—10/10.

This hotel is very close to all amenities is well situated as nice lounge. Nice pool live music. The food is amazing. The staff are amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a horrible time at the airport trying to exit to come to hotel due to red tape in Ethiopia with visas.We arrived and the shuttle bus had left and was nowhere in site.We paid some guys to call the hotel and eventually got picked up.As a Gold member we were not greeted well by front desk and no upgrade.Rest of the staff in hotel are lovely smiley and helpful so much appreciated.
