This hotel was gorgeous and grand. We loved our huge room which had two bathrooms, a living room, several closets, and a huge king sized bed. It was very spacious and we had a very nice view of the courtyard and pool. The scenery was beautiful with lush plants and flowers. There was lots of variety for breakfast and the staff were quick to accommodate to whatever you needed. There were several ATM machines available and transportation was easily accessible. You never needed to leave the hotel. But there was so much to see you do in Addis Ababa...we had to leave the room.

I love the place, especially the staff’s hospitality and quality of service. The only thing that didn’t impress me is the breakfast buffet. The Ethiopian food, I thought, could have had more variety.

This property is the cleanest property I have stayed in in Addis Ababa. The hotel staff are always ready to assure comfort and the rooms are very comfortable, no stuffy carpets, crisp white linen and freshness. Unbelievably clean for a hotel in Addis. I strongly recommend it any day.
