The Sapphire Addis Hotel in Bole is a consistently excellent choice, particularly valued for its proximity to the airport and locations like Edna Mall. I stayed at the hotel for two days and I greatly appreciated the clean, spacious rooms. The staff are efficient, friendly and very accommodating The gym is well maintained, clean and has all the essential equipments. It also comes with amenities such as the Watermelon Spa. The breakfast is generous and offers both local and international varieties. A minor inconvenience, the street outside of the hotel is under renovation at the moment, even though it’s expected to be completed very soon. In general the hotel offers very reliable comfort and value and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure visits to Addis Ababa.

I booked the room specifically to work, only to find out there was no internet and their support was unhelpful. Great location in Bole area, quick drive to the airport. I was expecting for a hotel at this level to at least have AC in their rooms. The breakfast was not up to the expectations, it was really not good! The front desk were friendly and the hotel staff overall were always nice.
