Not really family friendly

Not suitable for families, especially those of younger children. God forbid you get put in D block if you are. We complained only to move to K block for a charge of €40. Not as bad, but still not great for a family with young children.

Booked on for 2 nights with my son 21yrs old , to check this out for my wife . We usually book at Sunset Harbour across the road . But the guy who done breakfasts there moved to sunset bay club , W went to find him and found sunset bay ... So booked a couple of nights , this was absolutely beautiful with a very pleasant stay and with a very warm welcome . I really cant fault this lovely place . It had absolutely everything in the apparent i could need and more . Thank you for a very pleasant stay 👌

Been here several times. Apartment was right at the back of the resort so needed to be fit to get to it! One pool wasn’t heated and the staff did nothing about the sunbed baggers! Those in this photo were over 5 hours before they came and used them.

Avoid D block if you have noise, great location

I really enjoyed my time at sunset Bay. It gave a lot of great childhood memories when I was there and still an amazing place to visit with all the upgrades I've noticed to the place over time. I would definitely go back there again in the future. However, they only 1 snag I found was if your sensitive to noise I do recommend you avoid D blocks. You've noise on front from the bars there and then they is noise on back from the restaurant/ bars there as well, handy if you don't want to go not to far as they is so great place to venture too, but if your an early sleeper. This place is not for you. If I'd known this, I would have spoken to the reception and moved me, so I'll know for next time I visit the island.The apartments was also a great location and handy to get around that area too. I definitely recommend this place and gladly go back again.

Its a lovely place to stay. Very central for bars and restaurants. There are bars at both pools and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and all staff are friendly.
