It is an older Hotel. However, the rooms are very spaciges, comfortable and clean. The Bathroom ist good. The service is exzellent. Switching on the Aircondition before arriving is priceless. All up a very good Hotel in an exzellent area. The price for an overnight stay plus car park is sensationally good.

Check in was excellent, it was nit an issue to have an early check in. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel had everything you need. Room was very spacious and the bathroom huge. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Although there was some noise from ambulance (on a main road servicing the hospital nearby) it was still perfectly fine. Good size car park. Just a short walk to food, transport options and Rundle Mall. Beds were hard is the only real fault I could give the property.

Awesome location
Rooms are large and pretty much up to standard as expected for a basic hotel. Service staff don't have the courtesy to look up from their phone/computer to greet you. Parking is "available" but $25 or more per night on top of the room you are already paying for. Our supposedly upgraded room had a lovely big window with a concrete wall view. the next floor and above had a view of sorts. Location is great. Close to some pretty cool eats and only a short walk to north terrace and the markets etc

Beds very comfortable and rooms well presented. George the concierge was particularly helpful when my travel plans were changed at last minute and found me accomodation that necessitated minimal room changes. His care and attention are one reason I would go back to stay at the Adelaide Riviera next time. Also it is ideally situated for access to all main attractions in the city. The only downside for me was not having the convenience of an on-site restaurant.

This is a super convenient location. The room was adequate but could do with a few upgrades such as pillows and the sink as they were dated. Plenty of dining options around and convenient to most of the CBD. it is opposite the hospital so ambulance sirens are common. The parking is very tight though especially when busy. Still enjoyed our stay here.
