The room was spotless amenities excellent including toiletries. Room water, potato chips, and 2 tim tams replenished daily if they had been used. Staff were courteous and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Vending machine on 2 nd floor great for a snack or drink. Shopping centre across the road for all your needs. Great place to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Arkaba. It was a quick trip, only two nights, but we found everything to be of high quality. From our super comfy Bed, clean room and bathroom, lovely service in all areas to the delicious meals and breakfast. Would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when we turned up. Have to say it was top notch. The beds so comfy, the shower excellent. Staff were all really attentive and the food (we had breakfast and dinner) really fantastic (and multiple options).
