TERRIBLE

Need a hand held shower. Slipper bathroom shower with no non slip mat provided. No biscuits to have with the lousy 2 tea bags provided. For the cost of the room, which is very expensive and the demand to do my own check in via a screen, to the lack of seating on check in, overall this hotel is terrible.

Excellent situation for the airport

Right next to the terminal, you can walk through inside the building to the check in desks, or from arrivals. so a great situation. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a decent meal in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel looks a little dated but there appeared to be some refurbishment work taking place.

Was not happy with the pillows. Way too big/high. No pen or writing paper in room. No where to hang towels after being used. Nothing to put soap on when opened. Very small serving of milk for in room coffee or hot chocolate.

Convenient perfection

We enjoyed the convenience of being at the airport to fly out early in morning. Purpose was for convenience so not a choice for general accommodation. .

Location: The property is attached to the airport so very convenient if flying out the following morning. Room; The room was basic but perfect for a short stay. It had everything you would need for an nights stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. Ammenities: Only had dinner in the restaurant. It was more than adequate for a one night stay.

This hotel is under rated yes it doesn’t have a pool but it honestly has everything else you need and amazing staff and the terminal is a 2 min walk

Make sure the renovations have finished

Check in to a very expensive airport hotel at 10pm in the middle of a foyer that is a construction site. Trying to sleep and text messages at 11.30pm and 6am telling me to check out online. Breakfast among Jack hammers, reversing beeping scissor lifts and concrete drilling. And having to argue to take breakfast up to my partner in my room.

Property was awesome for walking to the airport for an extremely early morning flight. Was under construction at the time of our stay but didn’t affect our stay. It would be nice to have a pool/spa type service.
