Nice, clean place. Unfortunately we had no hot water for a shower the next morning, which was rectified later. And the TV was down the other end of the unit, and not visible from the bed, needs a second TV in the bedroom area.

Great place to stay
The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. The lady at reception was lovely and the location of the Durham apartments was excellent, just one street back from the beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants within direct walking distance.

Loved the location, nice clean and modern, couch is uncomfortable though the bed was comfy, parking in the secure carpark was pricey in comparison to immediate surrounds and limited. Our room was clean though the air condition whilst set on 26 degrees was freezing and could not be changed.

Excellent location to the hub of Glenelg and transport. Staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was safe and secure. Bed was excellent ensuring in a good nights sleep, did not get bothered by outside noise. Shower was clean and water pressure great. Kitchen was adequate for my needs. Will definitely stay at Durham apartments, should I find myself in Adelaide again.

Very central easy access to shops and .transport. easy to catch tram to city. Unfortunately building work happening across the road so very noisy construction in morning, no fault of proerty. Access to car park was narrow for our large car so very hard to park in car park without lots of maneuvering. Small car advised. Beware of reversing in as there is an overhang so reversing camera shows plenty of space behind but one guy smashed his back window because of that. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our 2 room apartment was large and well appointed. Comfortable for an extended stay. I would come again if opportunity arises..

New, spotless, self contained, comfy bed and seriously good midweek price. Paid parking available but secured free parking out the front after 5pm overnight. Friendly office staff. Good sized fridge. Spacious .
