Location good however works overnight in mall at hotel entrance was very noisy. No restaurant was disappointing. Excellent was coffee, milk etc daily. Probably wouldn't stay again as light into room and mall noise was too much. Room size is great. Reception was very helpful.
The whole process from booking to cheicking in to checking out was very easy and smooth. Staff answerd any questions we had. Room was clean tidy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be definitely be returning.
Alot of banging against the wall of pipes and water running down the inside of the wall like someone was having a shower in a different room, didn't have much sleep but I was stressed it wasn't the room fault or the friendly staff, would like to stay there again and next time enjoy the room because it was a nice place in a good area, price was good, I'll be back. Thumbs up.
Great venue to stay in central Adelaide
Very clean, well serviced with extremely helpful reception staff. Taxi access for guests requires short, cross pedestrian street walk but otherwise excellent accommodation to access central Adelaide.
Has on- site excellent restaurant at normal food prices and easy access to Coles and Woolworths stores on easy pedestrian only walk from Hotel. Good internal lift system and security locks. For an 80 year old couple it met all our needs most adequately
