We had to be moved to another hotel because our request for a twin share bed was overlooked and we were given a one bed room. It took some time to sort out but we were then upgraded to a a 2 bedroom room in a nearby hotel which was great.

Have stayed here multiple times before, so we're aware that the rooms and bathrooms are compact; however the bathroom this time seemed much smaller. My husband had to sit on the toilet on an angle so he wasn't pressed against the toilet room holder or the bathroom door.

My only real problem is the lack of clear direction given at Check In on how to return the car park remote. In the past I have dropped the remote back at check in when we left. This time I had to leave at 6.30am and did not know what to do with the remote. As a result I did a return trip at 10.00am to drop off the remote. A simple written brief on what to do on check out would have been helpful. I could not really understand the delightful young lady who checked me in.

We overpaid for this property (given what we've seen it available for elsewhere) and should have paid the extra $37 for the Majestic Apartments. Lesson learned. The room was tiny, the bed was hard and absolutely no room to do anything besides sleep. The air con and TV both worked intermittently. If you were coming in late and leaving early and just wanted somewhere to sleep, it would do the job.
