Luxury in the heart of Adelaide

The Mayfair Hotel is clean, relaxing and luxurious and a perfect place to stay when visiting Adelaide. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great as right in the centre close to Rundell Mall and the tram. Rooftop bar was ok, but a bit disappointing in terms of views. Room was amazing and extremely spacious, comfortable and relaxing. A bit pricier than other hotels in the area, but well worth it.

Convenient location. Great breakfast staff and service. Otherwise, dining areas and rooftop bar empty. With better staffing and service, this may change. Despite small lobby and reception area, reception staff's attention was hard to get.

The room was not clean: There were grapes in the corner of the room! Yes Grapes! There were a couple of objects undearth the curtain on the main window wall( I did not want to touch objects, but they appeard to be of a hard plastic) The carpet had x 2 big stains. The mirrirs on the wardrobe had finger marks and other meaksm and a fine layer of dust, appeared not to have been cleaned in awhile. Not very happy with this standard from the Mayfair!!!

Very quiet and very convenient. The room is spacious and nicely decorated but the carpets let the place down, badly stained, could do with a good clean. The bed is really comfy.

We had an executive twin room which was large and had a great view. The free mini bar and daily free drink at the roof top bar was an unexpected surprise and came in handy. Great location for public transport, shopping and eating.
