bathroom was unusable to small shower screen did not close properly how about cleaning the widow let some light in 50 dollars security was never discussed prior the have all my details apparently refunded in 2 to 3 days never staying again

Budget Holiday!

Very much a budget hotel. Musty smell in corridors, carpet in need of replacement, only one lift working, could not access wi-fi ( accessed next door hotel!), room very, very warm (used fan to cool down and sleep), tv very small and flickering picture. Booked a superior twin with walk-in shower- got the room for disabled guests.

Property is dilapidated. Our room had no functional windows and was dark, Danny and smelly. One out of two lifts weren’t working and the wait for the other was far too long. Staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful.
