The furniture and amenities are outdated. The pool wasn’t open, and hadn’t been open for some time, but no email to say so - I would have booked somewhere else if I had known. The drawers in one of the bedrooms completely fell apart as soon as I tried to put clothes in it and some blinds didn’t go up or down. Sofas were so used the stuffing was coming out. I reported all this on the first day to reception and nothing happened. Disappointing.

Apartment modern & comfortable & had a gorgeous view thru gap in trees to water. Garden view also. Just lovely. Traffic noise at times especially during weekend. Central location to all inc tram into city / beach/ walking tracks/ hotel / marina / eateries. We will be back

The whole apartment needed a thorough, clean mould in the bathrooms. The showerhead wasn’t working properly. I reported it when I left the whole place had not had a proper clean it smelt damp and musky. There was holes in the screen doors. The remote batteries were dead on the TVs both TVs. Luckily I had some of my own and I took them out when I left. I’ve stayed at Oaks before in different places around Australia and this was the worst one

Great location. Plenty of dining options available nearby. We were surprised and impressed by the space in the apartment. The room was quiet and we couldn’t hear other residents in the building. Definitely will stay again.
