Lovely central room with balcony. Comfortable bed, good storage, walk to restaurants, shops and tram into central Adelaide. Only downside was bathroom is dated with shower in bath so if your a bit wobbly on your feet ask for a room with walk in shower

The location is excellent and within an easy level walk to the cafes and restaurants in Glenelg. Our apartment was a little tired and in need of some maintenance. There was a door handle missing off one wardrobe door. The bed was located so close to the wardrobe that the remaining doors could not be opened until we moved the bed. The door to cover the microwave could not be closed. The washing machine was extremely noisy. The ocean view from our apartment was stunning. We paid for parking and found the spots to be tight with few spots available if arriving late at night.

I like everything about the full service the hotel offer and how close it is to the Marina Pier restaurants. I did not like having to pay separately for parking.

Great location. Lovely suite. We had a balcony and view of the ocean which was a beautiful experience. Could have stayed longer. Bath robes would be a nice touch since there is a pool and the ocean right outside.

The Oaks at Glenelg is well located with helpful staff. The property is tired, and the room amenties vary greatly. In addition Fri/Sat nights can be disruptive with a late night pub venue on site that plays loud musci and it is not contolled by the hotel managment team. Dont book a a lower level floor

Nice place to stay, staff very accommodating, location fantastic easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants and transport. Rooms very nice with good bed and shower. My only small complaint was there wasn’t a decent cup or mug to have a cup of tea or coffee. Cups like thimbles. Overall I would recommend staying at the Oaks

This was a great location for us to base ourselves while we stayed in Adelaide. The staff were really helpful. The shower was TERRIBLE in our room. The screen was fixed and too small, so every time you showered the rest of the bathroom ended up soaked. The soap tray was so corroded I wasn’t game to put my toiletries on it, and while water pressure was okay, the temperature was difficult to maintain. We weren’t expecting daily housekeeping, so when we got this, it was a pleasant surprise.

We had an excellent room overlooking the ocean. It was clean and a good layout. The Oaks is in walking distance to everything in Glenelg. East to get to the tram and head into town. Staff were very accommodating.
