Staff were lovely and check-in/check-out was smooth. My partner first noticed an effluent near the elevators then we noticed it in our bathroom after afew hours.. the room was relatively clean, the bsthroom smell and the mini-fridge & aircon really let it down for us, There was a strong effluent smell from our rooms bathroom... thankfully the rangehood kept the smell in the bathroom at least, i covered drian pipe and helped abit.. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the mini-fridge barely kept food cool, often leaking water — which made storing any food safely nearly impossible. Breakfast was inconsistent. Most days were 5/10 ,the cold cuts & cheese looked old, but Sunday was chaos: food stations empty, around food counters messy, hot food left uncovered and lukewarm. The coffee machine also broke down several times, and even after reporting it, I was told I’d need to pay extra for barista coffee while waiting as inwanted a coffee before leaving. Overall, while staff were friendly and room comfy, the plumbing smell, broken air con, poor fridge, and chaotic breakfast really brought the experience down for us, at just under $300 P.n not good enough. 5/10 not worth the price for us.

We had a lovely, enjoyable stay the past weekend. Great customer service, our king delux room met all our needs. Parking was a bit expensive at the hotel however unfortunately we found finding parking close by quite tricky to suit our needs over the weekend. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. The hotel needs a makeover. There are some really irritating design problems in the rooms that let the place down. The bathroom seems nice but the shower head was worn out which means water just goes everywhere The bath was great until you tried to reach the taps and when you did you couldn’t rotate the tap so you had a risk of getting burnt buy hot water in an area of the body you would rather not be burned.
