Room was really nice bed was nice and comfortable. But the room service was a complete let down, food portions were small and food had absolutely no flavour at all. we got a fair few items as we were hungry but still had to get uber eats to satisfy ourselves after a full day of driving, as the overnight menu did not have much and we didn’t want to order more especially when we couldn’t order drinks to accompany it.The dessert was the saving grace they were delicious.

Wasn’t told at reception to get bags out of the car as the car park was not attached to the hotel and we had to drag them up the street quite a distance to get back. Also booked here for a nice hot spa and it was only luke warm and had to get out after a bit because I was cold. Wouldn’t stay again!

This is a very comfortable hotel and great location. Minor issues 1/I had trouble with ordering a cab in advance (arrived late) and 2/ I am still waiting for my electronic invoice (needed to claim the expense).
