The unit accommodation was comfortable & spacious, with close by marked parking, very helpful for night parking. Picturesque surrounds, with lake & lots of bird life. Overall, a recommended stay

We had an excellent stay at Serafino- we had a little hiccup on checkin that was remedied professionally, what amazing customer care! Thank you Maria Maglieri and the Serafino team. We would gladly stay here again! It’s a great location, quiet, comfortable , clean , in the heart of where you want to be!

My husband and I had a lovely wedding anniversary staying at Serafino. We were always greeted by super friendly staff who were personable and always kind. We did the wine tasting where the staff were friendly and chatty, and then had the 3 course dinner in the restaurant. The food was just amazing, and I can still taste the super fresh ingredients (especially the pesto). We were gifted a glass of bubbles for our anniversary, and the restaurant was beautiful and we had gorgeous scenery having a window table. Our only complaint was the coffee pod machine didn't work in our bedroom, but as soon as I mentioned it to reception, the lovely lady, made me 2 fresh latte's fern 8 the reception coffee machine for free. Overall this place is just beautiful, I would love to make this a regular anniversary location for us

The restaurant was fantastic food was delicious and service in restaurant was outstanding our waitress Hope was very attentive efficient could not have asked for better nothing too much trouble and accommodation was good too.

Seraphino mid-week stay
We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean and everything worked fine. Some more coffee pods might have been useful but that's a minor quibble.

Decent place. A bit old accommodations. Reception only there limited times. Charges for extra towels, check out after 10am, etc. Our stay was fine, but calling this a “4 Star Winery Resort” is more than a stretch.

Really nice comfortable rooms. If it was given a makeover it could very easily be 5 starts. Slept very well and would return. Very lovely venue.
