We did have everything we needed and it was generally clean. Was a little disappointed at the response to the fact there was vermin nesting in the ceiling that screeched all night. Its a little hard to believe this would have been something they didnt already have knowledge of

Would have expected a directory of services booklet in the room. Didn't know what TV channels there was and if we could take room towels to the pool? Also no instructions for the phone, didn't know if we could ring reception? Otherwise room was good. Pool was great. The only downside is that park was a distance from the room.

The winery & motel buildings are attractive & the gardens around including the lake & wedding area have lots of character. Our room was clean & comfortable, but is a bit run down. Noisy late night revellers kept us awake one night, but staff came & sorted it out.
