Our room was spacious and fairly clean but it has not been updated since the 1980s. Time for a renovation, especially when paying a premium to stay. Also staff in the breakfast buffet gave us an earful about reception staff...pretty unprofessional and not what you want when checking in for breakfast!

Stayed for 5 nights. Room was very comfortable with a great view of city and hills, especially at night. Room service staff were excellent and room was thoroughly serviced daily. On site parking enabled coming and going easy. The hotel is situated in a vibrant dining area with excellent choice of dining options available. Highly Reccomend.

NEXT room to our so call quiet want party
WE got a really nice room as we ask for - far away from elevator so in beginning seem everything fine as we want to few hours sleep (had a taxi rq 4:30am)Next to our room seem lots of YOUNG pax want something else with laud voices until 1am when we had to call reception to do something. I wonder why give room(s) fare away from elevator to young people (it should only be for old pax there as we ask want a quiet night and young pax want party etc can have the next to elevator.

Great location with amazing views from our 9th floor ocean view room. Generous sized room and comfortable bed. The hotel itself has grandeur and charm. Would stay again.

Not as good as I would have liked for a big name hotel in a prime location. When we arrived only 1 of the 3 rooms I booked was ready for check in. I had requested that the 3 rooms be on the same floor but this did not happen. When we got to the room the hand towel in the bathroom had a dirty mark down the middle of it and the toilet seat did not stay up. These were rectified reasonably quickly after I alerted the hotel. On the third day of our stay, our room was made up but the dirty towels from the previous day were left on the floor in the bathroom and the dirty coffee cups were also left on the sink in the bathroom. The area outside the hotel is opposite the beach but didn’t feel overly safe at night time. There was also a lot of noise each night and early each morning outside the hotel.

We were able to pull up outside to check in, the bags were taken up to our room, parking was directly opposite and reasonable, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a glass of sparkling and some canapes in the bar before having dinner in the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff were nice and very helpful, we also had their breakfast buffet which was also good
