Location to CBD and surrounding area – very good. Cleaning staff – friendly and courteous. Room size very good, however one nearly needed to jump onto the toilet to open or close door to the bathroom. Desk staff had no interest to help with basic request. Front desk staff didn’t like to help unless you were dressed in a suit (on my arrival and departure). Request needed to be asked from front desk to adjust Acc in the room. Tried by room phone for over 20mins with no answer from front desk or duty manager on three separate occasions. Acc didn’t work most of the time. Requested maintenance, however this was not fore filled. Ended up opening the room door to hallway to cool room. Would it hurt to put a plant in the pool area? Worn and tired. USB port unavailable in the room. I personally wouldn’t rate the hotel more than a 3 star. If you’re looking for a real 5 star experience try Pullmans with very similar location.

I Was disappointed after a lengthy trip I wasn’t able to unwind relax and stream tv channels Netflix ect as there was an issue with the TV Staff were lovely and tried to help but unfortunately the problem wasn’t rectified until the following day. The Hotel offered nothing as a courtesy for the inconvenience, not even a $5 drink

Looks glamorous from the outside when pulling up. Foyer area is nice and looks grand. We stayed in Room 1216, right next to lifts. Always seem to get the less desirable rooms when booking through Wotif which is really disappointing. Rooms are definitely outdated. There are no ceiling lights and 2 of the lamps didn’t work so it was hard to see when closing the blinds for privacy. Air conditioning was horrible as was on motion sensor with big gaps in between. This meant waking up hot every hour and having to get up and move around to turn it back on. Even then it wouldn’t turn on every time. Loud noise which continued each time it did decide to come back on (right when you finally got back to sleep) which meant a very disturbed and unrestful night of sleep. Lift noise didn’t help either. Bathroom small and awkward with door in way of toilet and access to the shower. Mini bar over priced ($6 for water is ridiculous). Pool area like a prison however gym looked well equipped. Buffet breakfast had lots to offer but hot food was cold by the time you got a coffee from a very slow machine. Staff were great though. Not sure if we’d stay again as the air con is a big deal for us… especially when we arrived and it was 38 degrees!

Our stay was pleasant and the room was comfortable with all the motel trimmings and a lovely view over the parklands. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our meal at La Boca was absolutely delicious and a definite highlight of the stay and the buffet breakfast was equipped with all of the breakfast options. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a great experience of Adelaide and its surroundings.

Parking is available at a cost of $30, but on weekends is very tight and not really suitable for cars any bigger than a mazda 3 or corolla. Swimming pool was very cold even on a 40 degree day, but still beautiful with lovely views. Otherwise, my time here was lovely and a great place to base yourself when in Adelaide as it is close to everything.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are a little outdated and just need a touch of personality. Location is fantastic and staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Old and tired, most But not all staff rude and lacking manners. Felt Like An inconvenience. Bed uncomfortable and old Lumpy Pillows. Room very dated not 1 plug with a USB port So Remember to take a plug ! Breakfast overpriced for what was available. Lifts very very slow To service the whole hotel. We paid a lot of Money nearly $400 a night, we should have had better for the price.

This is my third stay at this hotel. It’s a relatively older hotel but still ok. They need to emphasise on staff training ( including the lobby and house keeping ). Specially the house keeping staffs

The staff were polite but they should be aware of how many car spaces are left in the hotel car park as we wasted about 15 minutes looking for a park in a very messy car park. We then had to get out of that car park and go back to the front desk and get told to go to the Wilson's car park. The room decor needs an update to be a bit more modernised and also the door knobs inside the room were two different colours and door paint chipped and looked very old. Also the breakfast needs more variety and also it needs to be fresher as the bacon was so hard and stuck together. We did have a nice view from our room though.

This hotel is very tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. I had to change rooms twice because the noise from the ducted air con was annoyingly loud and would come on and then go off. The third room looked like it hadnt been changed since 1980. There were no powerpoints to be used anywhere except one at the desk. One of the reception staff said they were fully booked when I asked to change rooms the first time which was quite obviously a direct lie as another staff member moved me and then moved me again showing me 2 room options. So that was at least 3 other rooms available
