The blend of heritage and modern meant it was cute and had great amenities! We felt very safe staying above the pub as young women, it’s so easy to feel icky but we felt nothing but welcome. Housekeeping and reception were lovely and very accomodating. Would/will stay again!

We found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful with transport options to get to the Adelaide Oval for the football Apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There was no hot water available in the toilet basin. The shower was dirty. The bedside tables were full of dust and the bedside lamps weren't working. There was continuous noise of running water in one of the bedrooms which made it hard for us to sleep. The TV remote sometimes worked.

Initially we were surprised that aTV remote was not in the room. Not particularly important nor the fact that there were no tissues supplied. However, there was no hot water at the bathroom handbasin prior to going to bed. This morning we had an appointment to attend at 10.00am and at 8.15 when we were going to shower, no hot water still. Upon contacting reception, the staff member came to our room around 10min. later advising that we could go to another room and shower. If we had done that we would not have been at our appointment on time. The staff member was apologetic and promised to look at reimbursement.
