Would've been overall excellent rating but in a 3-day stay in an unserviced room (which I think is a good innovation in hotels & support) there lacks a few basic tools to make this idea work (like a toilet brush!). When I asked at reception for one in my room they said "not possible, but I will have house keeping service your room". Nothing happened! Otherwise an excellent, clean, comfortable, new hotel.

We had a great stay at TRYP Adelaide! The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. It’s in a really convenient location—just a 15-minute walk to the CBD, but also easy to grab an Uber (usually just a 2–4 minute wait). The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the optional breakfast was a nice touch for days when we didn’t want to venture far in the morning. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just easy. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at the hotel very much. It's very modern and a central location to all amenities. The only downside was that our king size bed easily separated into twin beds while sleeping and became very uncomfortable. Hopefully this can be sorted and we will be back!

Excellent place to stay, great staff, beautiful breakfast. Very comfortable beds.. Only negative $25 parking per day- rip off, look around the building there are much cheaper car parks available

The property is quite new, modern, 24/7 room service, walking distance to many places in Adelaide CBD, comfortable beds. We have already recommended this place to many friends. The only thing I would say is to check parking before you go - we were charged more by the hotel then we could've got directly from the parking service.

Tryp Adelaide is all about the look. Foyer looks great. BUT if you want your room serviced you have to ask. No toaster. No biscuits. Not even a toilet brush! The guest laundry on level 10 next to our room sounded like a jackhammer. It was in use at 11pm and 6am. Required calls to the desk to turn it off. In all ...it looks cool but you get so much better elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and so was the room and bedding. Staff were polite. The restraurant staff were not available for most of the time. The manager (who was eaging there) had to order our food on one occasion. Having to wait to be served is off putting.

When we arrived the room was very clean. Dismayed to discover no room cleaning unless you paid for it during our 4 night stay. No mini bar available, no plates nor cutlery. We wanted cheese and biccys one night and had to visit the restaurant to borrow a knife and plate. To replenish the coffee, milk ect we had to request it Staff attitudes varied depending on who you got. Breakfast was cold.
