Modern, clean hotel, 20 min walk from the Mall area. Close to very nice restaurants. We had good breakfast at Boceli and excellent dinner at Chianti.

Great location , quiet and next to a Thai restaurant “really good” ( recommend by front desk lady ) at the room not even a complementary bottle of water that is basic at any other hotel we stay in Australia.

Very modern, fairly new renovation. Very helpful staff. Keeping in mind it's a city hotel, but I faced a back alley and it's very noisy, deliveries, bottles being emptied, and close to construction. Having asked for a quiet room think it's just the location. All up tho a good hotel.

The staff were lovely, the option to have 2 connected rooms was fantastic. Walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Rundle Mall. Room service from the restaurant was amazing and I would love to try everything in the menu. The staff were helpful and lovely and there 24 hours which made for easy check out when we had to leave very early. The pool was a lap pool, warm and undercover so able to be used despite the cold weather. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Attention to details.. high end branded soaps/shampoo/conditioner.. bath salts, loofa and candle for the beautiful bath. Only one down fall, not enough privacy in the bathroom.

Great rooms don't bother with breakfast
The rooms were excellent. The beds were soft for my liking but that my preference. Do not bother with the breakfast add on. $35 but the options you were allowed to choose from the menu did not add up to $35. Very disappointed.

Location and accessibility to the city was perfect. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, room was lovely and bed very comfy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was constant noise in the room alongside me and out in the hallway from 9pm - 12am, and no way to access fresh air from my room which is why I don’t often stay in hotels.
