Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place

very good

Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!

Beautiful hotel and comfortable bed We were just there one night to sleep and it was super comfortable Parking was a little harder to figure out and limited space The location is very close to The ferry and we rented a car It would have been easier maybe if we got a short taxi ride over or maybe walked and picked up our car the next day But overall very happy with the accommodations

Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home.
