The suite did not have a proper shower. It had a jacuzzi tub so it was difficult to get in to take a shower. Otherwise all was great

Beautiful

The hotel room was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The hotel staff was beyond attentive and hospitable. We were greeted in the parking lot by two staff members that proceeded to help with our luggage. We were then served tea upon our entrance. Their BROS restaurant was superb! Excellent service and a great meal! Even their "resident" cat, which we endearingly nicknamed Puccia (for the Puglian bread) Martina (for the town) was so so friendly. His name during our stay was Puccia Martina. The grounds were so private and peaceful. In a great location close to town. We used this as our home base and drove to places like Locotorondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, and several beautiful beaches. Would not think twice to stay there again.

The manager and staff were amazing. From the moment we entered, she truly cared about our stay, not only at the hotel but in Pulia as well. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. We thought this hotel was charming. On arrival we received a friendly and efficient check in by reception. Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. Easy to park and near good shops and restaurants. Recommend!

Location is brilliant, breakfast was on the terrace overlooking the sea with a very good choice and service. The room was adequate and a bit cramped, it had tea/coffee facilities and a fridge.

Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure what else to say but to read the other comments and be assured that they’re true.
