Good new hotel. Superb helpful staff. Breakfast more than good enough to start the day. Room service food reasonably priced and good quality. Our room was above the restaurant, and was noisy with chair dragging and other noises. But the biggest disappointment was no alcohol license so we ended up spending most of our meals elsewhere.

No washcloths in bathroom, matress was rather hard, and i found it difficult to regulate the room temp. Staff was friendly. Most places I stay make breakfast available by at 6:30; here, 7:00, which is inconvenient for earlier flights out or meetings. Certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but not 4-5 star quality.

Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion! It’s our second time here, we love this hotel! Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city. SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame Nassira, she’s a great manager, very helpful, a lovely person! Very recommended!
