We spent one night at Hotel Marjane. When checking in, we had some issue with our Expedia reservation. First they said we had no reservation at all, then they said it was for the day before, then found a reservation for someone else's name - so it was a bit long a stressful process, but finally everything was OK. The room was spacious, but not very modern. It is recommended to pay for breakfast in advance. The restaurant right next to the hotel is a great place. In summary, it was a good service for a good price.

Strange hostage
Very rude manager who kept claiming that we hadn't paid the taxes. We tried very nicely to explain for him that we already paid the taxes at arrival, but he just shouted and was very unprofessional. After a couple of minutes he finally realized that he was wrong. The hotel didn't had enough towels.

バスターミナルと町の中間
バスターミナルと町の中間位の位置です。ただし歩くと結構遠いです。 Hotels.comの地図は位置が間違っていました。 大通り沿いにあります。

Na 1 noc dostačuje.

Det car nogenlunde var altid larm selv om jeg Bode på 3 sal , WiFi var så dårligt og de gad ikke lave noget ved det , og selv om det stod fri parkering på siden så var der ingen parkering til hotellet man skal alligevel betal og var meget dyr i forhold til andre steder rundt omkring i byen og jeg vist DRM hvad der stod på min bestilling så sagde de at det er en fejl på siden

Opholdet var god nok men det er mange ting som ikke passer i forhold til deres hjemme side som det er ikke gratis parkering og så dårligt WiFi og de gider ikke engang gøre noget ved det selvom jeg fortalt dem flere gang om problemet

pas tres loin de la gare routiere.
Le plus ennuyeux est que le receptionniste du soir traine les pieds lorsque l'on veut regler le soir meme et non le lendemain matin(cela m'est arrivé d'autres fois au maroc!).

Catastrophique
Nous avons réservé notre nuit d'hôtel via hôtel.com mais quelle fut notre surprise à notre arrivée lorsque le réceptionniste à refusé de nous donner la chambre!! Ce dernier a exigé un paiement en liquide de la chambre alors que nous avions payé en ligne! Il a affirmé qu'il ne travaillait pas avec hôtel.com ni aucun autre intermédiaire et qu'il fallait qu'on paye. Nous avons dû appeler le service client pour débloquer la situation. Merci au service client qui a été très efficace et à su remettre le réceptionniste à sa place en le sommant d'arrêter cette mascarade. En somme je ne retournerais plus jamais dans cet hôtel dans lequel nous n'avons de plus pas pu dormir convenablement sachant que la chambre donnait sur un boulevard bruyant sans double vitrage...
